ROMANS | Vol. 3 – Condemnation to Conquerors
Part 5: Christ Our Only Hope (Romans 7:7–25)
This week, Rob led us through one of the most honest and relatable passages in Romans.
Paul gives words to the battle every believer knows—the tension between wanting to honour God and wrestling with the reality of our sinful nature. Left to ourselves, we cannot overcome sin, no matter how hard we try.
But this passage doesn’t leave us in despair. It points us to our only hope: Jesus Christ.
The gospel reminds us that our confidence is not in our own strength or ability, but in the One who has done for us what we could never do for ourselves.
Listen now and be encouraged that, even in the struggle, there is hope. Our hope has a name: Jesus Christ.
